Royal Caribbean’s Rhapsody of the Seas
Countdown to Cruise Launch Day
Welcome to NPNEF (the National Professionals Network Enrichment Foundation.) We are the cruise-planning successor to NPN. In the past, we mixed business with pleasure by adding water. Now, we are cruising for a cause. Our purpose is to raise funds for African-American students and educational institutions by providing travel opportunities that broaden the knowledge, cultural understanding and professional expertise of our membership. In short, we want to raise money for college educations.
Join us and sail from the fabled canals of Venice to the breath-taking blue skies and startling white roofs of the Greek Islands. We’ll tour the islands by day, while away the evening with our exclusive entertainment, and end with a rousing Town Hall meeting.
You’ll never forget this cruise.
Highlights: From the moment you wake up to the time you fall asleep in your well-appointed stateroom, you're in for a boatload of fun aboard the Rhapsody of the Seas, from morning trivia games to afternoon Bingo.
For fitness buffs, there’s a 40-foot on-deck climbing wall and a thrilling zip line that's suspended 9 decks in the air. If you just want to veg, relax in the spa, hang out in the library, or unwind in one of the whirlpools. You can explore all the many dining options, including the Windjammer Buffet, a sushi bar and the five-course culinary experience at the Chef’s Table, but you’ll also want to join us, occasionally, for dinner in the main dining room.
On our private tours, we will stroll the medieval streets of Kotor, Montenegro, marvel at ancient Athens and the majestic Acropolis, fall in love with Mykonos, the “party” island of the Aegean, visit the fortresses on Corfu and explore the caves on Argostoli. Of course, we will shop ‘til we drop.
In the evenings, we will gather in a private lounge for dancing to the music provided by our own entertainers. . NPNEF will also host a Black History Challenge and our first ever Bid Whist Tournament. Moreover, since 2020 is an election year, noted news anchor, Carole Simpson, will moderate a rousing, no-holds-barred Town Hall meeting.
